In this book, she shares how her childhood inspired her to create a cake that burst with sprinkles and candy when she cut into it. She also shares her vanilla cake recipe that is suitable for any purpose. It is a basic cake and all the ingredients are easily sourced from any UK supermarket. As she is based in the USA, she didn’t forget to convert the ingredients to UK metric. It annoys me when cookbooks measures in cups but not in this case here. She also shares tips to help you to troubleshoot any baking dilemma.
I find her step-by-step recipes very easy to follow and each page is filled with stunning, colourful photographs! I have nothing to fault about this book at all! I love all her designs and the cakes are all so trendy and scrumptious! You will learn how to make cakes look like toast, pancakes, unicorn, watermelon, sushi and many more.
