Mighty Muggs Yoda & Rocket Raccoon Review

12 April 2018 by Eileen Leave a Comment

Mighty Muggs are a 3.75 inch vinyl–plastic collectable toy series made by Hasbro. Late last year, you might have seen the news that Hasbro was going to release a range of Star Wars and Marvel toys. This new and modern collectable features a push-and-turn mechanism so that when you continue pressing the button, you will send the fiery warrior’s head spinning! They are suitable for aged six and above.

Mighty Muggs review

There is a line of smaller figures, called Mini Muggs, as well as blank Mighty Muggs for customization. The ones that we have received are the Star Wars Mighty Muggs Yoda with green lightsaber #8 and Marvel Mighty Muggs Rocket Raccoon #8. As a big fan of both movie franchises in this household, we were delighted to have them both to add to our collection!

Both of the Mighty Muggs have three interchangeable facial expressions by pressing the head to twist the face to reveal different looks. They are both very well made and reflect their latest looks. Below I have shown you two different facial expressions. Of course, if you are keen, do check them out in store yourself for the third look!

If you are a big fan of Star Wars or Marvel, you won’t want to miss out on these cute collectable series! They are great for display or to play! Each figure comes with its own hard plastic cover that is attractive and easy to display. But it is such a shame that the cover does not totally seal all the way around to keep the Mighty Muggs dust free as there is a hole for you to send your Mighty Muggs’s head spinning!

We love this Mighty Muggs range! It is collectable, cute, fun to play with and affordable! You can get them from good toy retailers and Amazon. In the near future, there will be at least 50 different figures to collect. Below is a list of figures available to buy from Amazon:

  • Star Wars Yoda with Green lightsaber #8
  • Star Wars Chewbacca #2
  • Star Wars Princess Leila #4
  • Marvel Deadpool #6
  • Marvel Rocket Raccoon #8
  • Marvel Classic Captain America #1
  • Marvel Classic Hulk #3
  • Marvel Classic Black Panther #7
  • Marvel Classic Dr. Strange #9
  • Marvel Classic Captain America #10
