Shit Happens is an adult dilemma based card game where you need to rank all sorts of shit that happens in life according to their misery index. If you are able to line up 10 Shit Happens cards, you win the game! It is suitable for 18 and above, and for two to eight players.
Inside this travel side box, it comes with 200 hilariously illustrated Shitty Situations cards and instructions. If you are too lazy to read the instructions, then watch this video below or otherwise read on: https://youtu.be/XJApmQ7XDAU
To play this game, you need to deal three cards to each player, and place them in numerical order of their Misery Indexes. The remaining cards will be used as your draw pile (aka, your big pile of shit). Now place your cards face up on the table in front of you, ranked by the numerical order of the Misery Index. You are building a scale of woe like this:
Take it in turns to pick a card from the top of the pile, and cover the Misery Index. Now you try to guess where it fits within the index. You don’t have to guess the exact index number (which would be, like, impossible). Instead, all you have to do is guess its proper place within the index. If you guess correctly, you win the card. If not, it passes to the next player to guess. The first person to accumulate 10 cards wins!
All these shitty situations cards have been evaluated and ranked by their psychiatric team of experts. The highly qualified professionals carefully evaluated each situation card and ranked them on the Misery Index, which runs from 1 to 100. The panel included marriage counsellors, therapists, career counsellors and social workers; collectively representing over 150 years of clinical psychiatric experience. It is carefully rank, so there is no need to argue over it!
We all enjoy playing this game. It is bloody hilarious and you could be reading some of the shitty situations that you could never think of or encounter before! It definitely brightens up the party with this card game! It is available to buy from Amazon. Do check out our review on Baffled game and Quirky from Cheatwell too!
