You only require one drop with a meal, mixed in a drink or directly into the mouth with the dropper. It is very easy to consume. Mr K is not a fan of capsules and this liquid form suits him well. There are 10 ml in this bottle and there is no strong smell from the liquid.
Oilesen Soft Capsules Vitamin D3 pack comes with 80 small capsules. Each capsule contains Vitamin D3 1000 with extra virgin olive oil. It is suitable for children aged five and above, adolescents, and adults, as well as individuals who may be house-bound or who avoid sun exposure. Just one capsule a day. This product suits Ms C well as she is able to swallow capsules better than Mr K. Also this capsule is very small and easy to swallow.
