Tooletries Bathroom Organizer Review

23 October 2016 by Eileen

Recently, we discovered Tooletries via Twitter; they are bathroom organizers made from silicone material that can stick to shiny surfaces in the bathroom.  There are no suction cups, no adhesives, no drilling involved!

This clever product features a manufacturing and material technology called Aussie Grip Technology. This technology makes the Tooletries silicone products reliable, reusable, creates an incredibly strong adhesion and they are suited to shiny surfaces.

We have received the toothbrush holder, razor holder and mirror.  There are five choices of colours: charcoal, light grey, blue, pink and white. The one that we had is the light grey colour.

First impressions of the toothbrush holder are that it’s very well made and well designed.  I love that you can place your jewellery on the top pouch which comes with drainage holes to drain any excess water.  Next, the pouch for the toothbrush is big enough to hold two non-electric toothbrushes and toothpaste.  If you are using an electric toothbrush, it is able to hold one electric toothbrush and toothpaste comfortably.  It also comes with drainage holes.

These products are so easy to mount onto my tiles!  I am delighted because I hate products that require me to drill holes or stick adhesives!  I had previously tried to use those bathroom products that comes with suction cups, but after a while, they came off.  Mounting the razor holder onto these strips of tiles was so easy and no hassle.  Within seconds, it stuck and it can be used!  The website did suggest for best results, wait for 24 hours before use. I did a test where I pulled the pouch, and it stayed stuck on!

To mount the products, you need to have a clean and dry surface.  Then remove the protective backing from the silicone product before mounting it.  Do note that mounting the silicone product over grout lines or uneven surfaces may affect the strength of the bond.  It is best to apply to the glossy surface and using your thumbs to work out any trapped air bubbles.

At the moment, I am moving the mirror around the shower cubical as my children would also like to use it.  I love that this mirror is so lightweight and easy to mount, it makes it so convenient for us to place wherever we want!  It does get steamy but a quick wipe using your hand will solve the problem.

Overall I love these products and I would recommend them.  They are easy to use, very convenient and great quality. Check out their online store: http://www.packingsorted.co.uk/
