Shopkins Chef Club DVD review

29 October 2016 by Eileen Leave a Comment

Did you join in with us and Shopkins fans around the UK last Thursday on Twitter to watch the Shopkins Chef Club screenings at home? In fact, we have watched it twice already and each time, both of my children were roaring with laughter. They loved and wanted more!

If you missed out, not to worry as I have the links for you to check it out!  The DVD is available now to download or buy from all good retail stores and Amazon. You can also download the fun premiere packs that we had at our party, which include downloadable invites, Shopkins™: Chef Club hats, Poppy Corn popcorn cones, a premiere check list, and a welcome sign which you can personalise at http://www.shopkinschefclubpremierekit.com to set up for your own home premiere.

This is the first ever Shopkins movie. The film sees new Shoppie-in-town Peppa-Mint attempt to win over the friendship of the other Shoppies Bubbleisha, Jessicake and Donatina with the help of their Shopkin friends. This is a 44 minute film which boasts a host of catchy new songs and quirky costumes that have never been seen before!

Peppa-Mint has set up the Shopkins Chef Club and are welcoming the public to join in. Bubbleisha, Jessicake and Donatina decided to join in but they have to complete the challenges before they get accepted to the club. The Shoppies have to cook their way to victory. During the challenges, Bubbleisha feels that she is not getting the attention she is owned. Things turn from sweet to sour but watch how the Shoppies come together to avert disaster!

Last Sunday, we were lucky to be invited to watch the film on their pink carpet in London! My daughter was so excited and loved every minute of the show. My son loved it too and happily watched it again with his sister on the home screening!  The story and music is very exciting. I would recommend this for all Shopkins fans!
