Post Puppy In My Pocket Twitter Party

29 September 2016 by Eileen Leave a Comment

Did you join in the Puppy In My Pocket Twitter Party yesterday with us and ukmumstv? If you did, you probably saw we played with a lot of lovely and adorable puppies! We have received the Pretty Pet Palace and Puppy Play Park along with a few blind packets.

The girls were all very excited to be introduced to the playsets and couldn’t wait to play with them!  After they were all seated, we played the puppy pairs game.  Before the party, I had cut out 64 cards and shuffled them.  Next we placed all the cards face down to create the game of pairs.  Children then take turns to turn over two cards to try and make a pair.  At the same time, they were learning all the eight puppies’ name!  It was a fun game which lasted for 5 minutes and Ms C won that game!

Then we moved on to have cakes and snack. They loved the mini cupcake with the puppy rice sheet on top. It looked so pretty. Then they all opened up their blind bags to play with the playsets.  They love the palace as it comes with a long slide and rotating floor. They were very impressed. Also the puppy play park comes with a doggy bone dispenser which is super cute!

When they had a spare moment, they also did the puppy puzzles to search for the puppies names.  The puppy pairs games helped them learn the names.

Next we played the cute kennels game. I had cut out all the templates in preparation. They then created their own kennel and tried to balance all their cut out puppies on it. It was quite a challenge as not all the girls managed to balance them on the kennels!  We did have a winner and that was me lol! I managed to piece them all up without knocking them all!

They all had a lot of fun and love these cute puppies. It is a great set for collections! Thanks to ukmumstv for the chance to host this party!

Disclosure: We received the samples for the purposes of writing this review and to host the Twitter party, however all thoughts and opinions remain our own.
