I recently discovered these soft coloured and playfully designed Amelie Household Collection from Harbour Living which will add a vintage touch and Parisian charm. This range will definitely bring fun and nostalgia to your kitchen and table.
This sweet collection was inspired by the Paris of by-gone days. With the pastel shades of pink, blue and green mingle, it creates a homely aesthetic and delicate design ideal for bringing some retro charm to your kitchen.
The range includes kitchen textiles, tableware, storage, ceramics and wall dressings, chalkboard and clock. They just look absolutely beautiful.
I have received this cake stand with floral pattern which is made from white dolomite. The stand is decorated using soft pastel pinks, blues, greens, yellows and is further accentuated by pink lace detailing around the edge for a strikingly elegant piece. The smooth contour of the base widens towards the bottom, providing stability, so it’s ideal for displaying and serving most sized cakes. It measures 11cm x 25 cm x 25cm.
Next are a set of two tea towels which is made from 100% cotton. Each towel is very durable ensuring it will absorb spillages and dry your dishes with little fuss. There are two designs: a multi-coloured floral design on a white background and a written ‘Homemade Delicious Macaroons’ text and graphics. They are machine washable at 30°C.
I am very pleased with the quality of the cake stand and material of the tea towels. They have added fun into my kitchen and now I have been using it proudly to display my delicious cake! They are both great value for money. If you like what you see, you can get them from Harbour Living!

Wow, 2 of my weaknesses, Coffee cake and pastel colours. I shouldn’t, as I’m still carrying a few extra pounds from Christmas, but I will have a go at your Coffee & Walnut recipe. I like your Duck Egg Blue accessories, which is a colour I have scattered around my home. As well as the usual nic-nacs you find while shopping, I found you can get Duck Egg Blue flexi tubs from a website called Rainbow Trugs and now have a trug as a laundry basket and (sorry kids) half a dozen toy tidies, all in Duck Egg Blue.
