Y Fliker are innovative three-wheeled self-propelling scooters that are built for fun for 3 years old to adults! Y Fliker comes in 6 different cool series: Air, Sport, Base, Carver, Junior and Lift.
This stunning red Y Fliker A3 is from the Air series. It is ideal for aged 7 and over with a maximum weight limit of 80 kg. It comes in pink or red.
It comes in a slim box and is simple to assemble. It only took me less than 5 minutes from unboxing to having it fully assembled. It comes with instructions and a spanner. You are only required to fix the handlebars. I have made a video to show you how easy it is to set up and store away: https://youtu.be/9XsQ8Vnld6s
The handlebar comes with soft rubber grips and the frame is made from steel tubing. All three puncture proof action caster wheels are made from PVC. It comes with wide anti-slip printed footplates for your feet. The whole frame is very well made with good quality steel. The downside is that the height of the vertical T bar doesn’t adjust. It comes with a hand brake that offers better control and ensures a safe ride. With its easy twist and stow folding system, it is ready to go wherever you take it. It fits into our Honda Jazz’s car boot easily.
Both my children and husband had a go at it and they love it. They are able to wiggle from left to right to move forward quickly. Steering the Y Fliker is very smooth and with multi-directional movement on level ground. They found it easier to push off to start but Mr K is able to start off just from the wiggle action alone. Due to the small size of the wheels it’s best to ride the Y Fliker on smooth ground.
Overall, this is great fun. It’s a superb use of motor skills and exercise with so much body wiggling and twisting especially for my husband! The RRP is £79.99 which is good value especially as it is very well made. Do check out YVolution for more details. We had also reviewed Y Fliker Junior J2, click to read more about it.
