Trespass Waterproof Jacket Review

20 June 2015 by Eileen

After we had a few days of nice weather, we thought summer was here to stay for a bit longer but the next moment, it turned cold with heavy rain! I am so glad to have this Trespass waterproof ladies jacket to get me through this horrible weather especially as I had it in time for our outdoor adventure to Conkers. It is a great jacket that keeps me warm and cosy.

This is my first time owning a Trespass jacket and I am already impressed with the materials and workmanship. It looks great even after being machine washed at 30°C. We went to Conkers and it kept me protected from the rain and muddy puddles!

This classic and casual women’s Verto jacket features outer material that is waterproof to 5000mm and windproof, with added taped seams, ensuring you are well protected while out exploring. The outside jacket shell is 100% polyester microfiber PVC and inside lining is 100% polyester.

There are 2 water repellent zipped outside pockets, as well as another small square zipped (16cm by 16cm) pocket inside the jacket and the inner storm flap. The hood comes with a draw cord for easy adjustment. The sleeves are a good length and the elasticated cuff has tab adjusters.

I am a size 18 and had asked for the larger size XXL. It fits very nicely and leaves enough space for me to move around freely. It comes in 7 different sizes: XXS, XS, S, M, L, XL and XXL. There are two colours to choose from; navy and shiraz. I went for shiraz which is dark red with a pink zip and mesh lining inside.

I am really pleased with this jacket from Trespass as it kept me cosy and warm through our outdoor adventure in heavy rain. I would definitely recommend it for the quality of their jackets, value for money and good designs.

Disclosure: We received the sample for the purposes of writing this review, however, all thoughts and opinions remain our own.
