Father’s Day Gift with Snapfish

28 May 2015 by Eileen

Need some inspiration for personalised gifts and cards? There are many ways to show how much we love our father this coming Father’s Day. We have made handprint cards, bookmarks and many more. We had also made a few personalised gifts using Snapfish by turning the children’s art into a book and family poster!

Both my children love arts and crafts. They will both happily sit there and design their own storyboard, cards, paintings, etc. So I set both of them a challenge to design me ‘Our Family Name Poster’. In no time, they both presented me their best drawing of our family.

So I printed Ms C’s Happy Father’s Day photo onto the A5 size note book. There are over 40 cover designs to choose from and it only costs £5.99. It comes with 150 pages with lined or blank sheets. You could add a title or message to the front and inside of the cover. Both front and back covers are laminated and glossy for durability. The colours on the notebooks have turned out well.

Next I have made a family poster using the collage. It comes with 4 sizes: 15×10″, 18×12″, 30×20″ and 40×30”. I opted for the 40×30 inch which is huge! Luckily, it is the right size to fill the huge empty white wall in our conservatory! There is an option to add a title or personal message which I chose not to. Instead, I used one of my children’s cover picture as our family name. I love how the picture has made it different and unique to any standard photo poster! We totally love it!

Lastly, not forgetting to update our hall pictures with recent family and friend photos! So whenever we come home, we will walk pass the new wall of fame!

We hope we have inspired you to make a unique personalised gift for your father this Father’s Day! You could use also any scans of old photos, children’s drawing, snaps of your pet or messages and quotes uploaded as JPEG images and use them. Don’t let anyone stop your creativity! Do remember that the last order date for Father’s Day is 15th June 2015.

This is not our first time using Snapfish and it won’t be our last! It is simple to upload and get the photos or pictures onto the website. It is straightforward to use and delivery is quick. Once it was paid, I received the email instantly and within a few days, I received all the items in a well packed package. I would recommend them!

Disclosure: We received the sample for the purposes of writing this review, however, all thoughts and opinions remain our own.
