Have you ever thought of using Duck Tape to create a bracelet, a belt or maybe a handbag? It does sound crazy but there is so much you can do with Duck Tape besides using it to temporarily fix things around the house or garden! Take a look at their website for more inspiration and fun ideas! Duck Tape is made from a durable polyethylene film combined with cotton, with a high tack natural rubber adhesive. It is tough and strong but it is also easy to tear. Each colour roll is 48 mm wide and 9.1 metres long. The initial UK Duck Tape colours range comprises 15 solid colours and designs. We have received a pink piggy bank, zig zag pink, green clover, white snowflake, red fire engine and penguin invasion. The colours are bright and very attractive. Personally, I love the penguin invasion. The design is so cute that I want to use it to tape around my door frame!
What can we create using Duck Tape? These are a few things we have created using the duck tape:
A small carry bag
A fancy wrist band
A moustache for Movember
A penguin in a rocket
My tip for the arts/crafts is to get proper stationery like a pen knife or craft knife as it is much easier than using scissors. Also having a cutting mat will help to cut the perfect angle and size every time. We had a lot of fun creating these wonderful designs. Both of my children need plenty of help with this as they are too young to handle a penknife. We are very impressed with all the designs you can create with Duck Tape! My children love it!
Disclosure: We received the samples for the purposes of writing this review, however, all thoughts and opinions remain our own.

if I were lucky enough to get some penguin tape I would use it to decorate large portions of my stuff (who, me, penguin fixation??) In particular I think it could be used to make a toothbrush holder mug for my penguin-infested bathroom, and brighten up my wellies for next month’s penguin camp 🙂

I would probably use it to give life to old toys, my little boy has some wooden toys where the paint is starting to look shabby so I would maybe cover those with the tape.

I have some old shoe boxes that look quite shabby, but they’re still very hardy. I’d use duck tape to brighten them up.

My wife would probably make one of those bags but I’d like to try making a couple of storage containers for things like pens, scissors, etc.
