Kitchen Lab with Pyrex

11 August 2013 by Eileen

As many will know, Pyrex is a good and reliable brand for their kitchenware. Now they have improved a lot on their design and to complement the modern home. Recently, they came out with the Kitchen Lab sets. It was our second Twitter party giveaway. I found out recently that they are stocked in The Range and Dunelm Mill. They come with a shaker and measuring jug.

Last Saturday, my children wanted to eat tangyuan. Since I have leftover blue food colouring, I decided to use it with my tangyuan. This Pyrex kitchen lab shaker can be used for storing oil or act as a measuring cup. So I added a bit of blue colouring into the shaker and used the measuring jug to pour in the water. This is my showcase of the Pyrex kitchen sets and our tangyuen. If you would like to cook this Chinese dessert, please read here. It is a very simple recipe.

I am really impressed with this range, I have real problems finding decently marked measuring jugs so these are perfect! I like the fact they are wide enough to use my whisk in! Thank you for reviewing 🙂
