Crispy Rosemary Potatoes

1 October 2012 by Eileen Leave a Comment

For my Philips Fresh Cooks Party, I had decided to cook crispy rosemary potatoes from Jamie’s HomeCooker recipes (Page 50) using my Philips HomeCooker.
This is the video I made:

It was so simple to make as there are only 6 ingredients.  It takes 5 – 10 minutes to prepare.

Make sure the stirrer attachment is in place in the pan, then set the temperature to 250c.  It’s only take 2 minutes to heat up.
Once the pan has heated up, add 3 tablespoons olive oil and 600g waxy potatoes (peeled and cut into 2.5cm cubes).  In a pestle and mortar, bash the rosemary or thyme leaves with a pinch of salt, then add to the pan with 5 skin-on crushed garlic cloves and a pinch of pepper.
Set the timer for 70 minutes so the potatoes gets all golden and crispy.  Spoon onto a serving plate and enjoys with roast beef or chicken and lots of gorgeous seasonal vegetables.
The potatoes tasted roasted on the outer skin and soft inside.  It was gorgeous!  All my guests simply loved it!  I was impressed with HomeCooker – one to try and love!

Hungry looking man looking for food!
Disclosure: We received these goodies from Philips through Come Round to host a party and write an honest review.
