We first got this Stokke Care Changing Table when we had our second child in 2009. It is a brilliant buy although it is very expensive but it is built to last. The unique design is very stylish, and multi-functional. It can be converted into a desk, TV shelves or book shelves. Firstly, the height for the changing mat is at a comfortable level. The changing mat is well padded but not easy to clean.
The clothed store boxes are a bit small but is still able to hold a lot of stuff. Also, the clothes box gets very dirty after some time, especially with those little grubby toddler’s fingerprints.
2010 – When Ms C was about 1 year old, we took away the store boxes and used it as a TV stand. We were able to fit in a 14 inch black TV on the second shelf. It is very secured and the children were not able to move it. We put the DVD player, freeview box and TV aerial on the top shelf away from little fingers.
2011 – We converted it into a little desk. It was useful for my 4 year old son to use it for drawing and it was a good fit for him.
Disclosure: We received the sample for parenting magazine review, however, all thoughts and opinions remain our own.
