If, like me, you hate drilling or you are not allowed to because you’re renting, then this shower caddy is a must-have. It is very sturdy, well made and has great suction! I am thrilled to have this for review. It is so easy to install and there is no hassle at all.
This shower caddy, from ilikable, uses exclusive patented “octopus bionics” technology that imitates the tentacles of an octopus, which makes the suction cups attach more securely to the wall. It can hold up to 10 kg. It only comes in one colour, which is white.
This shower caddy measures approximately 12cm by 25 cm by 28 cm, including the hooks. The caddy bottom is sloping and has a hollow design, to prevent stagnant water from collecting and effectively draining the excess water. There are many groove hooks on the side of the caddy, which allows you to hang small items like razors, bath balls and many more.
This is so easy to install. Once I hooked the suction cup hooks onto the back of the caddy, I removed the protective plastic covers on the suction cups. The surface has to be clean and dry before installation. Align the hooks, and press the hook onto the surfaces, you will hear a puff sound, which means it has been installed. They also provide a removal card for you to use between the suction cup and the wall surface. Do note that this suction cup can only be applied to smooth and non-porous surfaces, like ceramic tiles, glass, from Express Glass Warehouse, smooth solid wood, mirror, plywood, stainless steel, metal, flat marbles, or other unpainted surfaces. It can not be affixed to painted, cracked or uneven walls.
I am so pleased that after installation and placing all the toiletries, the caddy is still very sturdy on the wall surface. This shower caddy can also be used in kitchens and other places too.
