Quntis Solar LED Deck Lights Review

30 March 2025 by Eileen

The Quntis Solar LED deck lights are each equipped with two large LEDs with lenses that emit a soft, warm white light across the ground.

This set includes eight deck lights, eight sets of wall plugs and mounting screws, eight red adhesive pads, and instructions.

Made from lightweight ABS material, these outdoor deck lights are stronger than ordinary plastic and can withstand up to 3 tons of weight. They utilize a cadmium telluride solar panel with a light conversion efficiency of up to 20%. The built-in 300m Ah lithium iron phosphate battery requires 4 to 5 hours of charging to provide 12 to 15 hours of continuous illumination, even in low-light conditions.

These lights are IP65 water-resistant, and their fully sealed integrated design makes them heat-resistant, rain-resistant, snow-resistant, drop-proof, and corrosion-resistant. Each light measures approximately 11.5 × 11.5 × 2.25 cm. Since they are slightly raised, you should place them carefully to avoid creating a trip hazard.

The lights emit a straight, warm glow from the front, which helps illuminate garden decking, driveway boundaries, and pathways, making it easier to navigate at night. They look especially stunning when placed on both sides of a path, adding warm, cosy illumination to outdoor spaces.

Before installing the lights, make sure to press the on/off buttons. The package includes wall plugs and screws for securing the lights to decking or patio bricks. Alternatively, you can use the adhesive pads to glue them down. However, I would recommend using the screws for better security and to prevent theft. I’m not entirely confident in the adhesive pads, as power washing or heat could weaken the adhesive over time.

I love how responsive these lights are! The moment it gets dark, or even if I cover the solar panels, the lights turn on instantly. They are bright, stylish and enhance pathways with clearer definition and zoning. I appreciate their ease of use and the warm glow they provide.
