Fortnite is currently the latest online video game obsessed by many children and adults alike, including Mr K and his classmates. This game was first released in 2017 by Epic Games. The game modes include Fortnite: Save the World, a cooperative shooter-survival game for up to four players to fight off zombie-like creatures and defend objects with fortifications they can build, and Fortnite Battle Royale, a free-to-play battle royale game where up to 100 players fight to be the last person standing.
Battle Royale has been released for Microsoft Windows, macOS, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, iOS and Android devices. Battle Royale became a resounding success and has drawn in more than 125 million gamers of different ages from around the world in less than a year.

This is an unofficial guide on Battle Royale with lots of crucial combat tips, Save the World survival advice, building instructions and tons of Battle Royale secrets, plus loads of interesting screenshots. Last week, Fortnite updated to season 6 and this book contains the season 5 edition. It is still useful to know the basic information to give your children a good introduction to the game, and for parents too. As I had not played this before, I had no clue about this game so I found the book really useful as a complete beginner, more so than for Mr K.
The book breaks down the information into very simple forms to understand and contains some great tips. The book shows us how to create the deadliest traps and structures, profiles the best tools, weapons, and where to find them. Also, now I know where can I turn off the voice chat and keep Mr K safe online. It is definitely a great book for beginners.
