Strictly Briks Brik Tower Review

22 August 2018 by Eileen

Strictly Briks Brik Tower is what your children need to provide them with endless hours of fun! Use the 10 x 10 baseplates and Stackers to create your very own tower by stacking them up! This is suitable for aged five and above.

Brik Tower contains 30 pieces of Stackers and 4 pieces of 10 by 10 inch baseplates. They are very bright and colourful pieces. What’s so great about Strictly Briks is that their large building briks are compatible with all leading brands. This is a promised guaranteed tight fit with any large size building briks.

I love the quality of the baseplates! They are very solid, which make for a great building foundation for play, unlike LEGO’s baseplates as they can be quite thin and flimsy in comparison. Also, LEGO baseplates’ colour selections are very limited. Generally, you can only find grey, green, blue and sand colours. However, Strictly Briks have a wide variety of colour choices like pink, orange, yellow, purple and many more. They add more colours for an infinite number of creations.

Another feature of the baseplate I want to point out is that you can attach any Stackers or any existing compatible bricks on the baseplate to stack on another baseplate. This is an advantage over LEGO’s baseplates where they only have attachment points on top but not on the bottom.

The Stackers also comes in many colours and they measure 5 x 1.6 x 1.6 cm. They are easy to place on the baseplate to create height in a tower building for any creation. The Stackers are hollow inside but they are quite solid, so they should withstand plenty of weight. This Strictly Briks Brik Tower is a lovely set as an add-on to any of your existing bricks.
