Hotter Leanne Review

9 August 2018 by Eileen

This August, I am getting active with the Hotter Leanne shoes! Since we moved into the rented flat, I have been doing more walking than ever before and with this warmer weather, having a comfortable shoe for walking is a must! That’s why I will always choose Hotter as they make shoes that feel as comfortable as slippers!

Before we moved house a couple of months ago, I used to rely on my car for most of my journeys as we lived far away from the city centre and the supermarkets. Now, living next to the town centre at approx. a 3 minute walk away, I have no excuse!

Hotter Leanne Review

As you know, shoes play such an important part in our lives. We walk in them, jump in them, they protect our feet, keep us warm and cosy. Picking the right shoes is like picking the right partner – the right pair of shoes will keep you happy and comfy for a long time. This Hotter Leanne is just the right type of active walking shoe. It comes in Black, Navy, Slate, Maroon and Loden Green colour. I have chosen the Maroon colour, which is like a dark reddish colour, in size 8. They come in standard or wide fit range and from sizes 3 to 9. There is room for toes to wiggle and they fit nicely on my feet. So I didn’t opt for wide fit as this fit well.

The sole is ultra-lightweight and flexes with every step you take. Even though they are so light, there is no discomfort on my soles when walking through stones and uneven ground. The secret of the soles is that they are filled with millions of air bubbles that help to take the pressure off your feet.

Hotter Leanne side

It comes with adjustable lace up and cushioned underfoot. I love that this shoe is lightweight, flexible and breathable. They also look very sporty.

I have been wearing them daily in mostly sunshine with my children. We have had such a lovely summer! But I did protect the linen by using their protector spray, which I got from the shop for only £5. It has lasted me for a long time! I love walking in these shoes and would recommend them to others.

They started off making slippers and now they make shoes and have over 50 shops across the UK. Watch how they make their shoes in their UK factory!
