Petit-Fernand Products Review

26 June 2018 by Eileen

How do you label your children’s school clothing? It is almost at the end of the school term and some of you might already be looking at getting stick-on labels or personalised stationery for your children. Most schools will emphasise how important it is for you to label your children’s clothing and their belongings so that the items can be identified! It is always shocking to see the mountain of lost and found items at the end of the school year without any labels.

This year, we were so fortunate to get in touch with Petit-Fernand to offer us a range of personalised labels and products for review. Petit-Fernand are a Bordeaux-based company that offers original, fun and easy-to-use products to help parents and please the children. Moreover, the best part is that all their products are 100% customisable so that they can match your children’s personalities. All their items are made from France and despatch within 48 hours!

I love their web design. It looks so appealing and is filled with lots of cute designs! The website is very easy to use and to customise the items. There is a good selection of fonts, background colours and icons to suit your child’s personality. It didn’t take me long to get everything done.

I have ordered the stick-on clothing labels as I didn’t like the iron-on ideas. These adhesive labels come in a booklet with the rest of the labels that I have ordered. The adhesive labels only take about 2 seconds to stick on the washing instructions or brand tag, but you have to wait for at least 24 hours before it is washing machine resistant and tumble dryer resistant! Only time will tell if these labels will last! I will update you here with any changes.

I have also ordered the stick-on item labels for my children’s stationery. They can be applied on all smooth-surfaced school supplies, such as notebooks, pens, pencils, pencil-cases and so on. The labels are good quality stickers and have lovely vibrant colours.

Last but not least, I have ordered isothermal water bottles (350ml) for both of my children. They are made from 100% stainless steel and 100% recyclable! This is a double-walled flask that comes with an anti-leak cap. I love that in the summer, I can put chilled water and it will stay cold for 24 hours and in the winter, lukewarm water will stay warm for 12 hours. This water bottle works for all seasons! These water bottles are quite pricey but you have the reassurance that they are made from good quality stainless steel and you can personalise them with your children’s favourite available design (from their 28 themes)! You can also order extra coloured caps to make your water bottles look even special.

We have received our order very quickly in a well-packed parcel and all the labels are of good quality and well made. If you only order labels, the delivery is free. If you order their lunch box or water bottle, there is a standard £6 delivery charge. To avoid the back-to-school madness, do get ready your labels with Petit-Fernand!

Disclosure: We received the samples for the purposes of writing this review, however, all thoughts and opinions remain our own.
