Supermarket Fashion is not only affordable and good quality, they are also very trendy and stylish. Now with more supermarkets bringing in their own stylish fashion clothing line, it opens a new way of shopping under one roof. We are no strangers to supermarket fashion as we often get them for reviews and photoshoots.
Both Mr K and Ms C are part of a local modelling agency and they are well overdue updating their modelling portfolio photos! They’ve been with the agency since an early age and they were initially required to update their profile photo every six months up to the age of five, but now they just have to do update it annually for the website.
For their portfolio photos, we normally get them plain clothing without any logo or patterns as you are not promoting the brand’s clothing and it is easy to match it with plain bottoms. I usually get these from the supermarket because they have a good range of plain tops and compatible bottoms. Firstly, we are not promoting any brand and secondly, messy patterns or big words might take away the focus on the model. Also, they require at least two to three different outfits for each session.
So, taking advantage of the half term break, I booked them in for a photoshoot. Earlier that week, I popped by our local Tesco Extra to get them their new clothing.
The Tesco clothing department is located at the front of their shop. They stock a range of Children, Women and Men’s clothing and even shoes. It is basically a store for all the family!
In the boy’s section, I found a pack of three plain tops for Mr K’s outfit and they will go along with a pair of plain jeans. This is the easiest combination! It also saves me time looking for more outfits for him!
Next in the girl’s section, I found a pack of two tops for Ms C. Again these tops will make up two outfits for her!
Both packs are very stylish and affordable. The tops costs less than £20 in total and they are easy to match with their existing bottom pieces.
This is both children along with my sister and nephews in the studio having their photos taken by the photographer. My sister and nephews happened to be around last week and came to join us at the studio and some photos of their own. I will update this post when I get their studio photos from the photographer! These are just a couple of photos I took with my own camera.
