The Book of Everyone Review

8 October 2016 by Eileen

The Book of Everyone is a personalised book that is designed by super-talented artists, illustrators, photographers and writers.  To mark Mr C’s 40th birthday, I decided to make him The Book of Everyone Milestones edition.  Besides this edition, they also have books for everyone, mum, dad, quickie and romantic.

Ordering the book was pretty straightforward. I only needed to enter his full name, gender and date of birth on the Book of Everyone website. There are nine choice of colours for the book cover. If you hover on the colour, it will show you a preview of the book cover.

I scrolled through the pages and wherever there was a pencil symbol, it meant I was able to personalise the book with different images or change wordings/quotes, add photographs etc. Sometimes I wish I have the time and patience to personalise it in detail but I was too lazy on this occasion. I do like the style and the content of the whole book and I am really happy with it!

After personalising it, you have four different options to choose for printing: Digital £7.50 (receiving it within two hours), Paperback £19.50, Hardback £29.50 and Deluxe £49.50. The price includes shipping to mainland UK using Royal Mail 1st class. If you prefer to sign for it or track it, there is an extra charge for this.  You will receive emails to tell you they have received the information, they are processing the book and when it is dispatched.

It arrived promptly in well-protected cardboard packaging. The book cover is very well made and the paper quality is excellent with outstanding detail. The trivia inside is fascinating; it includes facts about world events, popular TV shows, number 1 hits, best-selling books and various other statistics related to your birthday.  Who knew that Southampton won the FA cup in 1976!

The Book of Everyone would make a perfect present for milestone birthdays, a retirement present, mother’s/father’s day, romantic gift and Christmas. It is a beautifully designed 50 page book that offers options that are affordable for all budgets. So go on to www.thebookofeveryone.com and start creating the perfect gift!
