This December, not only we are looking forward to watching the Star Wars film, we are also on the hunt for exciting Star Wars news to share with you all. Egmont Publisher have very kindly sent us three Star Wars books for us to check out: Escape From Darth Vader (Young Readers – Level 1), Star Wars Treasury – The Original Trilogy and Star Wars Starfighter Workshop.
Escape From Darth Vader
This book was written by Michael Siglain and illustrated by Stephane Roux. This is a Young Reader level 1 which contains simple stories for new and developing readers. It was released on the 4th June 2015. The font comes in one size and the book is paperback containing about 32 pages.
The story is about the droids R2-D2 and C-3PO as they try to help Princess Leia escape from Darth Vader as she has secret battle plans. This is an excerpt from A New Hope (Episode IV). The story is very easy to read and understand. Both my children enjoy reading it. Click here to buy it from Amazon.
