Super 4 Treasure Hunt In London

24 October 2015 by Eileen

Last week, we were invited to test out the Playmobil Super 4 Treasure Hunt before it opened to the public on Monday 19th October 2015 right up to Christmas. We were also invited to be part of their promotion. As you can see, Ms C was very thrilled to stand next to Twinkle!

To launch its first ever toy range of the smash hit PLAYMOBIL-inspired CITV series, Super 4, PLAYMOBIL has hidden the world’s most expensive Super 4 figures (24 carat gold) across London.

It is FREE to download the free Super 4 adventure trails now at super-4.co.uk to embark on a quest – just like the characters do in the programme – for a chance to find the gold. Parents and children have the chance to join Alex, Ruby, Gene and Twinkle to crack the clues and help complete a mission; whilst having a lot of fun and learning along the way.

Even if gold is not found that day, every child who completes each trail receives an exclusive collector’s item Super 4 sticker reward (one set of stickers per person only and subject to availability) until December 2015. The first four completed puzzles submitted each day of October Half Term (Monday 26th October 2015 – Sunday 1st November 2015) will receive a Super 4 toy set (subject to availability).

Visit Hamleys Toy Store Regent Street at the PLAYMOBIL Super4 area (1st floor), present your booklet, complete with your name and contact details to receive your reward, or alternatively post it.

We had the Ruby trail which she saw through her telescope when she visited London. Located around Trafalgar Square, this trail will require you to stay alert and unscramble a tricky word. The word is something that Ruby likes to see on ALL her adventures! There are 14 images in the trails and you have to look out for the club and the 8 images to solve the word. It took us nearly an hour to walk around London and look out for the clues. It was fun and very tiring. This trail is suitable for 4 years old and upwards and the estimated time is 90 minutes. Good luck and have fun!

Disclosure: We were invited to the event and photoshoot. Images used with permission.

I had loads of playmobil when I was a kid! There are lots of these trails and treasure hunt things around and they are a really great way to explore (or re-explore) somewhere.
