Tickled Pink with Warburtons

17 September 2015 by Eileen

This September, our favourite bread, Warburtons are working along with Asda to support Breast Cancer Awareness. Asda’s Tickled Pink campaign has launched a range of gorgeous pink products to help the incredible work of Breast Cancer Now and Breast Cancer Care. From lovely pink slippers that keep your feet warm to sweet raspberry shower & bath gel!

Warburtons Soft Brown Sandwich Thins are a part of the range which a generous 10p donation of each sale that will go to the 2015 Tickled Pink fund.  This will help to support over half a million women in the UK currently living with or after a diagnosis of breast cancer.

We love Warburtons Thins and our usual fillings are fish fingers, egg mayonnaise and many more.  They even come in Cat and Van sandwich shapes!  To support the Tickled Pink campaign, do look out for the Soft Brown Sandwich Thins! This is my first time trying out their soft brown bread.  Yet again, it didn’t disappoint. The quality and taste of the sandwich thin is delicious, with a lovely aroma and is as tasty as the white!

There are so many ways to eat it with!  You can toast the Sandwich Thins and add chopped cherry tomatoes, ham and black pepper with fresh basil and drizzle of garlic olive oil.  Perhaps indulge yourself and fill it with scrumptious pork belly and lettuce.  Or simply toast it and dip it in humous.

Now these Warburtons Soft Brown Sandwich Thins are available to buy in Asda stores and on George.com from mid-September.  Each packet contains six Thins and is priced at £1.28.  Don’t forget that 10p will go to support the campaign.

Good for Asda and Warburtons (and you) to support such a worthy cause.

Love your pink ham ribbons! My children love the Warburtons thins in their pack lunches.
