DesignaFriend Post Twitter Party with fruit bowl

13 November 2014 by Eileen

Yesterday, we all had such a great DesignaFriend party at home with our little guests. It was very manic and messy at times. We have received Florence and Madison for our little guests to play with. All of them saw the dolls and just wanted to play with them. I had to keep separating them away from the dolls otherwise we’d have never been able to do our activities!

The first activity we did was to decorate the cupcake. They were all so keen and considerate while icing their cupcake with plenty mini chocolate heart and glitz icing pens.

Later, they were given the DesignaFriend club card and they had to choose their favourite DesignaFriend faces to stick onto their card. Then they had to give their DesignaFriend a name and laminate their card.

Soon we had a mini break but they just wanted to dress up the dolls and style their thick wavy hair. To fuel them up, instead of giving them cupcakes, they all each had Fruit Frollipops from Fruit Bowl. It comes in two different flavours in two unique shapes! They had the strawberry rockets and apple snakes. They are made from juices of fruits which are concentrated and formed into shapes. There are no artificial colours or flavours, they are gluten free and suitable for vegetarians. One fruit Frollipops is considered one of your five a day! It went down quite well with all the children. My son loves the apple snake flavour. The strawberry rockets are slightly tangy. The Frollipops are chewy and easy to eat. Each bag comes with 5 Frollipops and you could put one Frollipop in their lunchbox for school days.

Later, each of them were given a DesignaFriend activity sheet which features a DesignaFriend doll. Before the party, Mr C and I had already cut out the cut-out accessories which includes a picture of a handbag, jacket, boots, trousers and dress. They were all happy to colour these in and stick lots of gems on their accessories! They all look very bling.

Soon after, we played Pass The Parcel which is all the children’s favourite! They just love tearing up the wrapping paper to find their prize!

Before the party ended, we had an order request for Christmas! They want a Zebra all-in-one and purple party dress for their dolls! Little guests are our lucky winners to get their hands on the doll!

Disclosure: We have received the samples to host this party and for the purposes of writing this review, however, all thoughts and opinions remain our own.
