Mickey’s gran has sent him a magical pencil. It’s red and yellow and blue and green, and it sparkled. Mickey took it to school and showed it off to his friends. Everyone couldn’t wait to use it. Mickey was unselfish and lent it out to anyone who needed some magic powers. Each time, his friends were able to achieve something that they weren’t able to do.
It was a lovely story about friendship, sharing and togetherness. It is easy to read and understand. This book is divided into chapters to break up the lengthy story. There are no big words in the book and very much suitable for Mr K to read. Both my children enjoying reading and listening to it., especially Ms C as she loves books about magic.
