Has anyone heard of Poster Friend? I had not until a lovely lady told me about it and allowed me an opportunity to review it. Basically, Poster Friend is a poster that uses your Facebook account’s images to make a poster. They comes in 6 different sizes from square small, square large, A2 landscape, A2 portrait, A1 landscape and A1 portrait. Price start from £12 – £25.
It is a straight forward app to use as long as you have a Facebook account and plenty of photos in your Facebook albums. Firstly, select the size of your poster and there are 3 options for the number of photos. Then connect your Facebook account and you are allowed to add two friends. Photos from yours and your friend’s shared albums (not private) are then made available for you to select from. Once you select your photos, they allow you to re-arrange your photos, change the text, select margin size and background colour.
Please be aware that the photo will be cropped into square dimensions. It works better for landscape photos than portrait. This is an example of the photo on the poster and the original photo. As you can see, my children who at the bottom of the photo have been cut off from the poster. So it is best to select your photos carefully. Overall, the whole process is simple and easy. I managed to create a poster within 15 minutes.

Top marks for delivery! I ordered it on Sunday evening and it arrived on Tuesday afternoon. I am very impressed with their speedy delivery even though they said it would take 5 days. It is packaged in a cardboard tube.

The material of the poster is more like a photo print than those normal posters you buy a shop. It has a matt finish and every photo print is excellent.
Overall, I love this poster and I would recommend it to any Facebook user for this swift and quick creating poster. They provide me with four pins (or you can choose blue tack). I would prefer to frame it but I might find it hard to get the correct size photo frame. This is a large square 59 cm x 59 cm with 25 photos.
