Natural Disasters DIY Survival Manual Book Review

3 July 2019 by Eileen

Have you ever considered what you would do if there was an earthquake? In reality, no one really prepares for a natural disaster as we don’t expect it to happen to us. We are so lucky to live in the Midlands where we are nowhere near volcanos, fault lines, tornado alleys, etc. Wouldn’t it be useful if you were prepared for every likely natural disaster? This DIY Survival Manual: Natural Disasters book has the answers to help you prepare for, survive and endure any major natural disaster!

Natural Disasters DIY Survival Manual review & giveaway

In this book, it covers earthquakes, avalanches, flash floods, volcanoes, tsunamis, tornadoes, wildfires, hurricanes, blizzards, landslides, heatwaves and droughts. The book explains the science behind the disasters and common misconceptions held.

The book is packed with real-life survivor accounts and you can take the test and on-the-spot quizzes to find out whether you are a true survivor. My son and I enjoy this book – it is an easy read and it keeps to the main points to help you to remember the instructions. We have so much to learn from it. The book is available to pre-order via Carlton Books, Amazon or any good book store and will be available on 11th July 2019.

Disclosure: We received the sample for the purposes of writing this review, however, all thoughts and opinions remain our own.
