Tesla Biography book is written by Dr Richard Gunderman and is available to buy from today onwards. This is a well-written biography book that gives you a glimpse into the life of Nikola Tesla. There are approximately 150 colour and black and white illustrations as well as beautifully reproduced documents from his personal archives, such as original plans and drawings for his machines, journal extracts and letters.
To be honest, when I first heard about Tesla, all I knew was the electric car made by Elon Musk. I had no idea that behind this name, it lies a great man in Nikola Tesla. He is known as the father of modern electricity. He is a scientist and engineer who was devoted to discovery, registering over 700 patents in his lifetime from X-ray to radar, to the Tesla Coil, radio and remote control.
This book is split into many small chapters and in each chapter, it gives you a glimpse of his personal life including his struggles throughout his life. It also covers his relationships with Thomas Edison and Mark Twain. I find this book very interesting and it is easy to read. I am able to learn more about this greatest man who clearly had a very hard life but his persistence to discovery was amazing. The book is available to buy now via Carlton Books, Amazon or any good book store.
