Have you seen the latest range of His and Her Elf pyjamas sets from New Look for this Christmas season? It is not very often that both Mr C and I own similar sets of clothing. The last time we did was years ago, where all of us dressed up in Captain America t-shirts for the new year.
These His and Her Elf pyjama sets from New Look were launched to celebrate the 15th anniversary of Elf, the movie! Can you believe it was 15 years ago in 2003 that Elf was released? To get us nice and cosy this winter, we have received these lovely His Elf and Her Elf sets for review! Also not forgetting a luxury Christmas pudding, Elf the movie on Blu-ray, Elf snowglobe and little treats to get us in the Christmas mood!
First, let me show you this His Elf pyjama set that Mr C is wearing! It comes with a rounded neckline ‘Elf’ short sleeve shirt with printed ‘Saanntaaa!’ & OMG and black bottoms. Both are made from 98% cotton and 2% polyester.
The pyjama set comes in three different sizes: XS, S and M, and Mr C is wearing a medium size. The shirt is quite baggy for him which gives him room to move during the night. The bottoms should fit most men around 187cm tall. It is slightly too long for Mr C, but luckily the ankle cuffs work well on this occasion to hold the extra materials off the ground. These bottoms also come with handy pockets and elasticated waist with ties on the front. Mr C did find that the white decorative bits on the bottom is not very smooth inside and didn’t like the finish but it didn’t cause him any discomfort nor bother him much.
Next, I am wearing the Her Elf pyjamas set, which comes with a rounded neckline short sleeve shirt and joggers. The shirt is made from 93% cotton and 7% elastane and the joggers are made from 100% cotton. The overall materials are quite thin and comfortable.
The pyjamas set comes in three different sizes: S, M and L, and I am wearing a large size for size 16-20. The shirt has an Elf with printed ‘OMG, It’s Santa’ and ‘I Know Him!’. The shirt is comfortable to wear. I love the Christmas print on the joggers. It looks very cute. It comes with elasticated waist with ties on the front and ankle cuffs. The length of these joggers works well for me, even though I am only 158cm.
Both pyjamas washed well in the washing machine and they didn’t lose its shape. I know that not many people will want Will Ferrell’s face plastered on their t-shirts, but for this Christmas season, it is all about fun and having fun. He might not pull the best face on these t-shirts but they all are fun to wear and get cosy! You can get your His and Her Elf pyjamas sets from New Look now!
