I am pleased to introduce you to the world of Squinkies ‘Do Drops. This award-winning collectable was first launched in 2011 and is available now to buy from leading toy retailers including Argos, Smyths Toys, Tesco, Asda and The Entertainer. They are suitable from aged four and above.
This first season collectable range of over 150 adorable characters can be customised with over 50 funky ‘Do’s, a range of hats, hairstyles and accessories. There is also a selection of great value playsets that provide perfect hang-outs for the Squinkies friends.
Ms C was delighted to receive the Ice Cream Parlour playset, Airplane playset, Starter pack and a few mystery villas.
The Ice Cream Parlour playset comes with an ice cream shop, 2 exclusive Squinkies (Carlos Tweets and Kira Kelp), 1 exclusive ‘Do (Chilly ‘Do), 10 accessories (2 pink chairs, 1 purple table, 1 banana boat ice cream, 3 ice cream cones, 1 cart, 1 store table and 1 cashier) and 1 bridge (to connect to another playset). This pretty shop is split into two levels for Squinkies friends to chill up. I love the glitter on the ice cream which makes the shop front look so snowy and pretty.
Next, we have the Airplane playset which consists of an airplane, 2 exclusive Squinkies (Olive Eight and Trudy Stripes), 1 exclusive ‘Do (Captain ‘Do) and 3 accessories (luggage bag, trolley and tea set). This airplane is very colourful and small. The plane door opens out and converts into the stairs and there are plenty of seats for your Squinkies.
To get more characters to add to your collection, you could get this Starter pack that comes with 6 Squinkies and 2 ‘Do’s or Mystery Villas that comes with 2 Squinkies, 1 ‘Do and a little cute villa for your Squinkies. Squinkies are soft to touch and very small. Each Squinkies has its own name and you can customise them with all the ‘Do accessories.
These are such cute tiny collectables that are sure to be a hit with girls. Ms C enjoys playing with them and of course opening up all the Mystery Villas to see what she received! They are very affordable and great to collect.
