Thorpe Park Resort Island Ambassador 2017 darren brown train ride

Have you heard that their Derren Brown’s Ghost Train has opened now? It is one of the great reasons for you to book your tickets and go now! Take your one way ticket on this Ghost Train into the chilling depths of the unknown. The ground-breaking psychological attraction, which launched in 2016, merged five experiences: Grand Illusion, Live Action, Virtual Reality, Special Effects and Movement. This ride was purpose built for updates, meaning the experience can continuously be upgraded and changed via the Virtual Reality. It is not suitable for those under the age of 13, those who suffer from motion sickness, dizziness, psychological or neurological disorders.

It was three years ago, when we first brought our children to Thorpe Park. We visited their Angry Bird land which was newly opened. It was beautifully decorated to the Angry Bird theme. Unfortunately due to the height restrictions, Ms C was unable to go onto quite a lot of rides; she only measured 89 cm and a lot of rides have a minimum of 90 cm or more, like the bumper car, tea cups and many thrill rides. We did enjoy the Angry Bird 4D experience and it is worth queuing for. This time around, she has grown so she will be able to enjoy many more rides.

We are looking forward to visiting the Amity Beach as many have said it was worth to go! We can’t wait to arrange a weekend away with our children this coming May. Look out for our exciting experience and an overnight stay in the Thorpe Shark hotel!
