Cuisine & Culture the Chinese Family Way
This meal at Upstairs by Tom Shepherd was supposed to be for my birthday in April, but we did not realise how booked up it gets. The next opening slot was for October. Yes, half a year later. We finally made it, just in time for my husband’s birthday instead. This was our first time visiting and we hope to visit them again in future. The experience was amazing and I would highly recommend it.
While there’s still some debate about it, dinner is still considered as one of the 3 most important meals of the day. By eating nutritious food after a long day full of activities you are giving your body a chance to maintain its balance, improve digestion and get a good night’s sleep.
However, preparing the ultimate dinner often poses a real challenge for many families. While some opt for lighter meals such as Caprese pasta salad, others look for something more eloquent like Wagyu beef.
