The Bebird EarSight Plus is a flexible otoscope that truly puts users in control. This product is a game-changer! Not only does it let you examine the ear canal, but it also has multiple other uses. Thanks to its 0.1-megapixel camera, you can view your nose and throat, and by swapping the ear spoon for tweezers, you can even grab small objects.

The kit includes: an otoscope, accessory case, accessory tray, nasal speculum, ear canal speculum, tongue depressor, metal ear spoon, two Q-elastic ear spoons, two annular ear spoons, two plastic ear spoons, four sponge ear spoons, tweezer components A & B, ear canal protective plug, lens brush, a Type-C USB charger, and instructions.

All the ear spoons and tweezers are soft to the touch, especially the blue silicone tips. Once screwed on tightly (clockwise), they’re very secure. Everything is stored neatly in the accessory tray. Simply slide the tray out of the casing to reveal the tips, lens brush, and tweezer component A.

The otoscope has a built-in 230mAh rechargeable battery, which takes around 50 minutes to charge and lasts for about 80 minutes of use. The app conveniently shows the battery percentage. The charging port is located at the bottom of the device. While charging, the indicator light glows red and turns off once fully charged.

To power on, press the on/off button and connect to the app. When connected, the indicator light turns solid blue. Press the button again to turn it off.
Before first use, download the free Bebird app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). A QR code is provided in the instructions. To connect, open your phone’s Wi-Fi settings and select the otoscope. Once paired, the light will remain solid blue. In my video, you can see just how quick and simple the setup is: https://youtu.be/ymxrt5BU_rk
Despite being lightweight, the otoscope feels very well made. The build quality is excellent, and it has a sleek, stylish look. It can even bend slightly to the left and right.

The IP67 waterproof, dustproof, and fogproof 3P Slim lens is lit by an LED light and can be cleaned easily with the provided brush.

According to the manufacturer, the EarSight Plus is suitable for all ages and can even be used on pets. I have tried it on myself and my daughter with no issues regarding scope size. (I have not tested it on babies or very young children.)
On-screen, the ear spoon occupies about one-fourth of the display, but the visuals are still clear and detailed. If you want to check your nose or mouth, simply unscrew the ear spoon (anti-clockwise) and attach the observation hood.

Within the app, you will need to select either the right or left ear for correct camera orientation. The app also allows you to capture still photos or record videos (with sound), which you can save and share with a doctor or health professional.
- To take a photo: press the middle button once.
- To record video: press and hold the middle button for a few seconds.
All media is saved in your dedicated “ear clean album”.

The app also offers extra features like light music, child mode, elderly mode, and sharing mode. With sharing mode, you can stream real-time video to family or friends (as long as they also have the app and are on the same Wi-Fi). I particularly like this feature – it is useful when someone is helping clean your ear, as both people can view the feed on their own devices. It is also a hit with curious kids who love to see what is going on!
The tweezers setting, however, takes some practice. It’s not always easy to press and release with the right amount of control without moving too much.
Overall, the Bebird EarSight Plus delivers clear images, easy video recording, and convenient storage. It is compact, user-friendly, and handy for home use. I love being able to see what is happening while someone helps me clean my ears. This is a great piece of kit that I would happily recommend. If you would like to try it yourself, you can grab one directly from the official Bebird website
