Drumond Park Pumpaloons Review

July 2, 2014 by Eileen 139 Comments

Drumond Park Pumpaloons is a pumping race game which is great for indoors or outdoors. It is suitable for 2 players aged four onwards.

PumpaloonsChildren dash to their pumps and start puffing up the two lovable, colourful, clown-like wobblies – Stripeyloon and Spottyloon – until they are towering firmly upright. There are many ways to do it! You can stomp on the pump with your foot, kneel down and push it furiously with your hands, or even sit on the pump and bounce up and down, as fast as you can go! The winner is the first one to pump up the character! It may look big but it only takes 2 – 3 minutes to blow it up.

Inside the box, it comes with two foot pumps and two characters. It requires minimal assembly. The two Pumpaloon characters are made from thick rubber material with a sand-filled section at the bottom for weight and stability. They stand upright around 3 feet tall.

Pumpaloons gameBoth of my children’s competitive streak came out and they had a lot of fun pumping them up. They then both refused to let Stripeyloon and Spottyloon to be deflated as they can throw them, punch them, talk to them and even dress them up!
