Aqua Bag for iPad

7 August 2013 by Eileen Leave a Comment

I love to use my iPad and won’t go out without it.  I always keep it safe in a case so I am so pleased to be offered to review the Aqua Bag for iPad from Gifts4Gifts website.
Gifts4Gifts are a brand new gifting website that offers you unique and quality gifts for all those special people you want to treat.  They aim to provide an easy shopping experience for all your gifting needs, catering for both men and women with a wide selection of gifts to fit all occasions.  There are lots of gifts which you will all love from up and coming designers in wall art and jewellery to an extensive range of personalised gifts and experience days!

In this pack, there are two waterproof zip-lock seal bags and a clip.  I have to remove my usual casing before I could put my iPad in the bag.  The bag still allows you use full control of the iPad and I am very impressed with the sensitivity and responsiveness of the touch screen.  I could surf internet and play games as normal.  The sound is a bit muffled but it is still listenable through the bag.  As these bags are a little translucent, the screen looks a bit dull.  Also after holding for too long, the edges of the bag begins to cut into my hand and makes it quite uncomfortable.
I did a waterproof test by soaking the bag with a piece of paper inside for 3 minutes.  After which, I dried all surface area and the piece of paper is still perfectly dry.
I rate this 4 stars out of 5.  Overall I am very impressed with how usable the iPad is inside the bag and the important thing is it is sealed tight.  They are great for protecting your iPad from water while at the beach, pool or even in the bath.  I will use mine to keep mine safe from the rain!  Last week, while in London, my cotton handbag was nearly soaked through and how I wish that I had this bag to keep my iPad safe!
Disclosure:  I was given this product to do an honest review.
