Being Chinese, I always love to cook my own Chinese dishes. So I decided to cook fried rice using Philips HomeCooker with my own recipe. Firstly, I had cooked my rice using my rice cooker and set it aside to cool down. Make sure the stirrer attachment is in place in the pan, then set the temperature to 175°C. Once the pan has heated up, add oil, frozen mixed vegetables, frozen prawns, soya sauce and sesame oil. Set the timer for 15 minutes, so the food starts to cook. Reduce the temperature to 70°C and add the rice into the pot and let it stir for another 10 minutes. It was so delicious! We had finished it all too!
