I first got to know Hape toys in August 2011 when Ms C did a photo shoot for Hape’s catalogue. We spent 5 days playing and photo shooting with lots of Hape Toys. Later, I did my research and I found that their toys are made using natural materials. A full line of bamboo toys takes advantage of the special properties of this highly renewable material. Plastic parts are ensured durable enough to last for generations in order to encourage toys to be passed down rather than tossed out. They are one of the best wooden toys that I have ever come across. Each toy was well designed and well-made that will last for a long time. The quality of the toy was excellent and the workmanship was one of the best.I believe wooden toys will last a lifetime and they are not beeping, battery-consuming toys. I’m not keen on toys that need batteries and make loud noises for obvious reasons. I often put some tape over the toy speakers to reduce the noise. Also, my husband works from home and the last thing he wants his clients to hear is the nursery music repeating again and again.
This might be the most challenging of sets within the family of Quadrilla marble runs. Because of the straight rails, many accelerators and two seesaws, this set has endless possibilities for 3-dimensional thinking and technical understanding.
