Review & Giveaway: Health Plus Optim-Eyes

In 2005 I had laser eye treatment after 15 years of wearing glasses.  It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.  The treatment cost me over two grand and the surgery was over in about 10 minutes.  Being glasses free has had such a positive impact on my life.  Since then, I have been able to go swimming or diving without using prescription goggles, and take part in fitness activities without my glasses steaming up.Looking after my eye sight is very important to me now.  I do not want to be called four-eyes girl: 四眼妹 again.  That was my nickname from school.

Health Plus offered to let me try their Optim-Eyes.  It is an innovative supplement containing key minerals and vitamins needed for good eye health, including lutein, zeaxanthin, lycopene and bilberry.  Each bottle contains 30 vegan tablets and they are all made in the UK.  They are suitable for everyone and are taken once a day with food.  I love the fact that it is supporting British.
Verdict:
I do use nutritional supplements on a regular basis and this is perfect for me to help me keep my eye sight healthy.  They are in an oval shape and are easy to swallow.  The tablets smell herbal.  It may put some people off but it is fine for me.  The bottle is not child proof so place it out of reach ofchildren.  The RRP is £11.95 which works out at only £0.40 each tablet.
Remember that it’s also important to have regular sight tests (every two years, unless your optician advises otherwise), which can detect many eye and general health problems, as well as indicating early signs of eye conditions.
Health Plus supplies a wide range of excellent value, British-made, high quality nutritional supplements and health related products. As well as the traditional pots of single nutrient products, they have the Daily Pack range; each Daily Pack consists of several tablets and / or capsules in a convenient daily sachet, aimed at providing the necessary nutrients for specific nutritional needs of your lifestyle and health profile.
Now Health Plus is giving away one bottle of Optim-Eyes £11.95 and one bottle of the Multi Vits n Mins worth £5.95 to one of my lovely readers!  I am thrilled to be able to offer this to you all.  To win this prize, please enter through Rafflecopter.
